Chicken acting lethargic, puffing out feathers

Sounds like egg binding can probably be ruled out as part of the blockage condition.
I'm so glad for that
For more information their NPIP papers say they were monitored for salmonella, and are clean from pullorum-typhoid and avian influenza. We've also been keeping them away from wild birds from the recent breakout of bird flu (avian influenza) in our area

This morning, her crop felt empty; she's still slightly puffy but is definitely more active. She's walking around the yard and pecking at the grass like nothing happened. I never fully isolated her; I just kept her in a cage within their coop to stop the others from picking on her. She did walk out of the coop and proceed to let out a very watery poop, it pretty much was entirely water and it was almost like she had been holding it the whole night because it shot out. Other than the poop though she seems normal? It's so weird because yesterday she was showing all the signs of sour crop then today- boom- its like nothing happened? Should I still medicate her? I'll be monitoring her the whole time I am home.

Some pictures of her outside, she's on the right in the last two photos, she follows the other birds if she sees they're pecking at something

I've been monitoring her and it's almost like she's showing signs of being broody without going in the nest, she puffs up when I come near her or when a chicken approaches and even ran at my dog with her wings out. But she hasn't been in the nesting box at all today as far as I'm aware.
