Chicken acting weird

I have a pullet that is about 5 months old. She is staying off to herself, and isn't eating. Her crop isn't full, it's more like a squishy air bubble. The top of her beak at the base of her comb has a small bruise that wasn't there yesterday. What steps should I take to help her get better?

definitely make sure she eats and post some picture if you can so I can see it them maybe put her alone and see how she acts then
