Hi all,

I just stumbled across the most delightful book, and I thought I'd share here in case some havn't heard of it. It's called Chicken and Egg by Janice Cole. It's partially a cookbook (with mouthwatering recipes I am itching to try!), and partially a memior of her experience with her 3 beautiful backyard chickens.

The book is beautifully illustrated and very touching. She also has a really pretty website that includes a blog of her chickens' lives. I can't wait to start reading tonight. This woman is living my dream!
