Yeah, that's not really accurate enough to weigh powder. But try this... Place an empty bowl on your scale, zero it, then place three level tablespoons of the powder in the bowl. Let me know what it weighs.

If you want to give them something tonight, give the bigger one 3/4 teaspoon and the smaller one 1/2 teaspoon.

Yes. Mix the powder with enough water to dissolve it, then syringe it 1 ml at a time until it's gone.
