Chicken ate dead mouse

So the other day my pack leader hen found a dead mouse my cats had killed and swallowed the thing whole when I tried to take it away from her.

I feel like I should de-worm her, yes?

Any suggestions on good de-wormer and directions on how much to administer?

One of mine caught and ate a mouse the other day also. She's fine, it didn't hurt her any. She just got some extra protein for that day.

Mine ate a load of mice before I managed to block the entry routes into the chicken coop. I didn't worm mine but now, nearly 9 months later I got the vet to do a fecal test and there were no worms found.
I would probably not give de-wormer unless you actually know they got worms.

Completely normal, it's likely not their first mouse. chickens are predators to small things like lizards and mice.
You can worm with goat de wormer if you want but it won't be the last mouse they'll ever eat and won't hurt them unless the mice have been poisoned.
