A dog we’ve been fostering got loose on our chickens yesterday. She attacked one of the chickens by the neck.

The chicken is still alive, but she sustained serious injuries. At this point, I don’t know what to do going forward. So far, all that I’ve done is applied hydrogen peroxide regularly to the wounds.

She’s still able to eat / drink, but she hasn’t been moving much. I don’t know what to do going forward. These wounds are so bad that I don’t even know how they’d heal.

I’m attaching pictures - you can see the wound in the back of her neck and at her chest. Please help.

Quit with hydrogen peroxide. Use neosporin WITHOUT pain aide.
Separate her and keep warm.

You will need well lit pictures, and possibly some scissors to trim feathers away from wound edge. I'm not a 'fix it' guy, but maybe @Eggcessive @Wyorp Rock or @aart can point for further instructions.

Hang in there. There's good people that can help.

That's a good sign @aljorgen .
We do need better pics.

This^^^
And yes stop the HP.
Ok for one initial flush, but it can degrade healthy tissue.

Vetericyn Hydrogel Spray is very good to use on the wound twice a day. Or stay with the plain Neosporin ointment. Leave it open to air, but try to trim feathers out of the wound. Wounds on chickens can heal within a few weeks, but the possibility of internal injuries can be serious with a dog bite. Keep her separated until the wound heals. When she is able she could have some visits inside a dog crate with her flock, keeping her separated.
