she did poop and i sprayed more vetricyn on her open areas. she ate a little bit of cooked spaghetti squash.here more pics of her and some of the skin i was asking about.

The hardest part of keeping chickens.One other option I would consider viable is stopping by your vet's office and pick up some chlorhexadine rinse for irrigation. They will probably provide free 5ml syringes as well when you buy the rinse, on dog flesh I haven't seen any bad effects from its use.
I will admit I have yet to experience any chicken injuries.
