Chicken attacked by raccoon

I agree, that is exposed bone. Amputation would likely be in order. I don't have the knowledge for that.
Seeking vet care if the very best option here.
@Raptorchick may have some helpful tips.

I do believe that @centrarchid has also dealt with a wing injury, he may also be able to give some insight.

I would take her to a vet. That would be too serious a wound to fix with the bone being exposed. She is going to need an amputation and strong antibiotics, best done by a vet or emergency animal hospital. Do you have any antibiotics at home?

I have a small amount of amoxicillion they prescribe children but I saw where tractor supply sells penicillin. Would that do or do I need something stronger? I really appreciate everyones advice and being so helpful

With that damage you cannot prevent the infection. Those new pics show the need for a vet. Maybe an emergency hospital.

I do not think either of these would be good enough.
You could order Baytril online.

I don't think you can fix that.
The flesh of the wing is completely severed. Everything below the injury is going to die and rot. If you try to amputate the wing, you're going to have to deal with infection getting into the severed bone- plus the fact that amputating the wing of an un-sedated bird is, in addition to being cruel, probably illegal. People really aren't supposed to perform surgery on animals at home.

If you can't get that bird to a vet, you need to euthanize her. Her chances of survival are very low, and if she does live, it's going to be a very long, very painful recovery that may end in her dying anyway. To keep her alive without strong pain relief is cruel at this point.
