Chicken bit by dog

My Shih Tzu bit one of my chickens. She is a Black Australorp about 7-8 weeks old. It happened really fast, my daughter pulled her off immediately. She was bit on her back just above the tail. No blood was drawn. Now the chicken is walking with a slight limp, she is has been very lethargic, and is barely eating. I'm hoping she is mostly stressed/traumatized and just needs some time to recover. This happened Monday night, and now Wednesday morning there has been no change. My wife is calling the vet this morning to see if they see chickens and if they can see her today. Any experience or recommendations about what to do? Should I bring her in the house for a bit? I don't know what to do for her other than bring her to the vet.

I'd bring her inside somewhere safe and keep an eye on her. She might have strained a muscle or popped her back. While those dogs look small, that can really do a lot of damage (we had one wipe out our flock of ducks and then the next day most of our neighbor's flock)

Unfortunately, she didn't make it. She died yesterday. My kids are heartbroken.
