Chicken bleeding and having a yellowish whitish liquid coming out

I am a new chicken owner and I got up this morning and I seen that one of the chicken have blood and a liquid coming out of here butt please help

I can't see the place where it is bleeding from, can you post another photo a little closer up and push the feathers out of the way so I can see it better? The fluid might be leaking out because it hurts to keep her vent tightly closed so she might be keeping it slightly open, allowing the fluid to leak out a little.

You will need to clean out the area. Gently wipe away or rinse of with a syringe. Cover with antibacterial cream. Do you have any idea how it got like that? Any peices of wire sticking out anywhere? A hen might have done it as well. Isolate her to prevent others from pecking on the wound. Has she pooped? Laid an egg recently?

No I do not at all and it worse
