Chicken bleeding butt

Please help I just opened my coop to see my little chicken bleeding down her butt, she is still eating and drinking, I have wiped her even though most is dried on and but antiseptic cream on her but what is this? Is there anything I can do

Is it prolapse? If not, I don't know. Maybe try and get a better pic of her vent, to determine. And do this quick because if it is prolapse you don't want to waste any time treating it.

I just tried to get a better one. Don't know if it helps. She laid an egg but was average size. I'm freaking out

You need to clean it, and try to stop the inflammation. Be careful though.

Ok I've washed the area and put on cream she's struggling to poo. Is there anything else I can do

If you can, she should probably go to a vet. If not, I recommend looking up more on how to treat it.
