Ok I've washed the area and put on cream she's struggling to poo. Is there anything else I can do

How does her actual vent look?
Hi her crop is big she is 20 months old she eats layer pellets and at the moment protein scratch as they are molting but I cant see what the vent it's self looks like as she won't let me look properly@Sbuttress how old is she? Is she on layer feed and/or does she have oyster shell on the side to eat if she chooses to? You said she is acting normally and eating /drinking? How does her crop feel?
It's definitely not hard but she's still eating but every minute she stops tries to poo , can't and then continue to walk aroundHmmm, big crop? Maybe egg binding? Tell us, is her crop hard, squishy, can you feel if there is an egg in there maybe.
