Chicken bleeding!

HELP! My chicken is bleeding from its head and beak. She is not moving but still breathing. She is laying down right now in a dark quiet room but she has blood dripping from her beak and her eyes are closed. What could this be and is there anything I can do to help her?

If this hen is conscious, she might be saved. If she can drink on her own give her a cup of warm water with a teaspoon of sugar and a pinch of salt and baking soda in it to combat shock. If you have to take an oral syringe and give her water that way.

We need to see the extent of the damage to her beak in order to tell you what to do for her. To stop the bleeding, dip her beak in sugar or corn starch. Examine her thoroughly for other injuries. Go systematically from head to the tips of her toes. Puncture wounds are most dangerous and life threatening and easiest to miss.

I found her this morning in my coop like that, the bleeding has been happening since this morning and it’s late afternoon now. It’s in little droplets, but I wouldn’t say it’s too bad, definitely not good though. I am not sure what happened. I fed everyone last night and went to check on them right before bed and everyone seemed fine. This morning she wasn’t roosting and just sitting on the ground. I checked all over and see no signs of an injury besides her comb, which looks like the other chickens picked on her because she was sick. Unfortunately I do know she is most likely dying but just wanted to try and see if there was any hope for her

I cleaned her up again and added cornstarch to her comb, getting some sugar water right now. The blood is thick and in globs. She is more alert then this morning and can stand now for a short amount of time which she couldn’t do before.
