Chicken block swap due June 15th

Oh boy...I am having issues. I have my chicks pieced together and heat bond done. ..but am having a heckler of a time sewing to ensure they don't lift. Ive had to make several all over again

I think I am in over my head now!!! Any helpful hints on doing the applique around my pieces without making look terrible

I switched over to clear thread on top. That way the boo boo's aren't as obvious

Use a small zig zag or raw edge stitch it.
