Does anyone have ideas or plans on how they are going to use these? I am working on the stars block still (blue and yellow ones) and have a plan for the autograph blocks next, but no idea what I'm doing w/ these.

Same here I was wanting to see them together before making any descisions. I am very excited about my plan for the autograph blocks though. Lots of symbolism on the front and back of the quilt.

Ok, I have hit a technical hitch! Went to Venice with my husband to celebrate our silver wedding anniversary and was taken ill the last night. He got me home as I didn't want to be stuck out there.
Luckily we had flown to our small local airport so I went straight to hospital, where I still am. Gall bladder has to come out but they have to get stones out of ducts first. Going for second scan this morning so will know more after that.
The blocks? Well all the work is done and they are trimmed to 8 1/2 waiting for a border to go on so the worse case is you may all have to put your own on but I'm hopeful of release this week.
The antibiotics are working and I'm given loads of pain relief and the wifi is good so I'm quite happy, if only I could have my sewing machine......

Fenrosie! That's terrible but I'm so glad you were able to get closer to home and into a hospital. I'll be praying for skill for the doctor and a quick recovery for you.

That is horrible about getting sick on your anniversary. That is so cool about the ambulance, can't imagine working out of a yellow boat!

Fenrosie I'm sorry that has happened but what a story to tell never thought a water ambulance. Don't worry about the blocks we all can wait focus on getting better. Sending lots of hugs,love and prayers your way
