Got told this chicken was a Easter egger and told it was a pullet too idk if either of those are right what do yall think?

Dumb question but what makes it a cream legbar and how are you able to tell if it’s a rooster
A cream legbar is a purebred breed that lays blue eggs, it's often crossed with other breeds to make Easter eggers. Any mixed breed bird that has the possibility to lay pastel colored eggs is an Easter egger.
He has a head tuft, which indicates a legbar ancestry, big comb and wattles for his age, and red splotches on the wings which indicates male. :]
