How prolofic are they as egg layers? About how many eggs per week from each hen?

They're about as good as any other layer especially in their first years, 5 or 6 eggs a week per hen as long as daylight permits it.

Lol, he inherited 15 Faverolles hens, 2 dominiques, a favacauna, a speckled sussex, and a speckled sussex/faverolles mix a dominique/faverolles mix plus a little brother when his father passed away.
He had a harem of five before that, his plate got filled really fast.
I can say he's taken it all very gracefully.

He's living like a King there.

How do you like your favacauna?? I've been debating... Love my faverolles, and it would be fun to have some green eggs! I've heard mixed reviews on their personalities, though, and personality is big for us, we have such a low key group right now
