Frigga has really nice bold lacing. Cute girls looks like they got mostly Sebright traits except for the comb/wattles. Are they a bit larger than purebred Sebrights?

I have wondered what Stewart's offspring would look like if he was able to fertilize our standard hens. If he figures out how to do the deed we wouldn't be opposed to letting some of the eggs hatch :) We really do want him to find him a nice Sebright girl but mixes are fascinating to me also.

I really wanted to get my little Sebright dude some females of the same breed because I love the way they look. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to find any in my state (which makes me wonder where the heck he flew in from) but he did end up with some Golden Laced Polish ladies that offered some really interesting mixes:

Memnoch - we're having teenager issues with him right now; he ended up not too much taller than his Sebright father, but he has a lot more weight on him.

Mercury - she takes after her father's Sebright personality a lot; very independent and stubborn and kinda bossy sometimes. :)

I would still love to be able to get some female Sebrights in the future, but I'm delighted with my first ever hatching results. If for nothing else, I love the partial crest/mohawk and how they flare it up when they're not happy.

I got them mixed up the dark one is Sigyn, Frigga is more like Hel. Sigyn is awesome tho, she occasionally goes broody.
This is Spike a Sebright mix, I have no idea on gender but I think female tho, hackle feathers are rounded and her brother is crowing and getting girls ,started a couple months ago.
Spike does not crow at all. Spike is a Sebright/ EE-cochin mix

Odin and Hel are the smallest and have the best combs, they have lovely posture when they choose to, they are all hatchery quality but I don't care. They make some lovely babies.and they are pretty.

Spike( sebright/EE-cochin) and Idunn(sebright/cochin)

And then my phone died.... I will try again when the sun comes up.... At least you can see the sebright/cochin mixed are heavier built than the others
