Chicken bullying around nesting boxes

I have a 3 year old female ameraucana who has recently begun to bully a 3 year old speckled sussex. When the speckled sussex is laying her egg the ameraucana will peck at her head and peck her foot causing foot injuries. I haven’t found much information on this and any info can help. The flock which these 2 are in are in a group of 5 who have more than enough space, also 3 nesting boxes.

Not sure what your nest boxes look like but if they're not very private you could try adding curtains to give them more privacy and make it a little harder for another chicken to reach in and harass the layer inside.

Have you had these birds for 3 years with no prior issues?

Here are some pictures also I have 1 speckled Sussex, 2 ameraucanas, and 2 Rhode Island reds. There is no bullying outside of the box and this is the first time bullying has been a problem
