Chicken butts....can someone tell me if this is normal?

Ok - they're just over 1 week old. All looking the same, acting the same - good. Appear to be drinking and eating, but I'm not watching them. Just the gray one looks as if it's swollen or something? And has a little feces around it. The other 2 look clean and "normal."

I read somewhere that the pullets start getting their tail feathers sooner? I THINK the 2 gold ones that look "normal" have more tail feathers than the gray one, but who knows. So I don't know if something is wrong or if it's just a rooster or what?

Did you look at the 2nd picture? The first picture is of one of the "normal" chicks. The 2nd one is the one I'm concerned about.
