This started 2 days ago before that she/he was totally fine. No leg paralysis, eating/drinking fine and still full of life. I have been giving electrolytes and vitamins in case there was a deficiency in something. This could be some sort of back injury but I didn’t personally witness anything. I think she might be standing a little taller today but no sure. I was wondering if anyone has seen this before and has any advice. Thank you!

Do you know when her last egg was?

You mention it could be injury, do you have a rooster that is rough?

Does she have any lice/mites?

Any signs of injury to the legs/feet, broken toe nails, etc.?

Are the other chickens bothering her or picking at her? If they are, move her to a separate cage within the coop/run so she can be with them but protected.
Provide her with her own food/water.

If she's not laid an egg and should have, then start her on Calcium Citrate+D3 once daily for a week. You can find Calcium Citrate+D3 in the vitamin aisle of stores like Walmart, CVS, etc. Give 1 tablet daily, just pull down on her wattles, pop the tablet into the beak and let her swallow.

Work on hydration and see that she's eating. Giving the vitamins/electrolytes are a good idea, do provide plain fresh water too.

Is she resting on her hocks or getting around on her hocks? Are her toes curled under? I would also try a little human B complex 1/4 tablet daily that has riboflavin. Hopefully the calcium will help if she is eggbound.

Thank you so much for all the advice! There doesn’t appear to be anything wrong with her toes or feet. When she walks she almost looks like a duck because she waddles.
She is resting on her hocks but is not walking on them.
She is 4-5 months old so no eggs yet. We do have roosters so it’s possible one tried to mount her.
I don’t see any other signs of injury. She hasn’t gotten worse but I don’t know if she’s getting better.
We did separate her before I made this post so she’s been protected.
If she’s not laying yet do you still recommend the calcium?

I did get a vitamin/electrolyte mix from the store that I started giving her yesterday. Should I still add in the B-Complex?

I would still give the B-Complex.

What breed is she? Does she have access to oyster shell?

If she's not in lay yet, you can probably hold off on the Calcium.
