Chicken can't Walk Well!! Please Help!!

My chicken, who is 5 years old can barely walk right now. It started to get a lot worse about a week ago but she has been running odd (like a wide-legged side to side run) for about a month I think. she has not been sleeping on the roost all week she has been sleeping in the boxes. she can't walk very well now (moving very slowly) and when she does try to walk faster she usually falls on her side. she has poop all over her butt and her comb looks very droopy and not the right color. We gave her electrolights this morning and yesterday and today she has mostly just been standing in place or laying down (and when she was laying down she seemed to be breathing very slowly and deep). We also felt by her legs and it feels almost swollen. she is the buff Orpington in the photo and video below. Please help!!!

Are her legs swollen or is it like where her ovaries would be inside?

It’s her thigh and lower breast area. It feels squishier than usual.

Does she feel like she is egg bound? I just had a hen come out of it, paler floppy comb, standing/laying around, not very enthusiastic about anything, almost waddling sometimes, and swollen between her keel (cartilage underneath, in between legs) and vent because of egg.

Does she seem skinny at all, eating and drinking normal?
