Chicken can't walk

My three year old speckled Sussex can no longer walk. I have her away from the other chickens right now but when ever she tries to walk she sort of has to run diagonally to one side then falls down because she can't support herself. She's constantly laying on one side and it takes a while, if I don't help her, to get up. I do not know what caused this. If anyone has any theories why and how to help please suggest them below. She's been like this for only a few days but it has not gotten better at all.

Hello! We have had three chickens that were not in perfect health and eventually they could not walk or even stand. Those three hens are in heaven, and we do not know what caused it. It almost sounds like neurological damage or disease.
I wouldn't just go trying "natural" or herbal remedies. Check her over to see if there are any injuries to her spine or head. If she has been attacked by an animal she will need real antibiotics and some alone time in a spare bathtub or big cage to heal.
Does she free-range, and are there any other symptoms? i.e., fatigue, difficulty breathing, apparent pain?
