I make lots of soup stock, so the chickens get chicken carcasses, pork neck bones, turkey carcasses etc- they will pick the carcasses clean!

I think the next time I give them a carcass I will definitely hang it up.....

yes, hang up the turkey from Thanksgiving...and get the camera ready!

Unless it's a processed bird from your own closed flock, I recommend cooking any poultry before offering it to chickens, as otherwise it could be a disease vector (to your birds).
