Well he looks like a cross breed chicken, he has yellowish legs and white earlobes. I would love to see a closer picture of his comb. It looks like possible pea comb like.

I would guess he is a California grey mix.

Okay, but mix right? Because he has many traits that a California Grey doesn't have too, such as white ears and a half pea comb. Also, he is tall and thin, do you think he could have any game in him?

Yes that is what I believe. They actually are supposed to have whitish earlobes from the leghorn influence.

Very hard to tell what all he does have in him. The pea comb could be Araucana or even Brama etc.
