My Coop
Hi, I currently have 6 ducklings. The oldest is 5 1/2 weeks and the youngest is exactly 2 weeks today. Well they are still in my house because NOBODY sells plywood in my area and the stink is so stinky I can’t stand it anymore, yet I clean out their pen 2 times a day. So, I was wondering, I already have a plywood brooder for my chickens, it’s in the chicken coop and i probably have 40-50 chickens with 3 roosters. The thing is I’m worrying about any chickens pouncing to scare them. I’m scared they will get killed from stress by the chicks.

So, my big question is, can ducklings live inside a chicken coop with other chickens? Of course they will be in their brooder. You know what I mean. I also want to know if this will be big enough for 6 ducklings, keep in mind my oldest duckling will probably be fully feathered in about 2-3 weeks. Don’t mind the chicken in the photos, she has a broken foot with broken toes and I’ve been taking care of her this entire time, so she follows me. Her name is Cheeper.

You can keep them out there. The chickens will not bother them when they are seperated like that.
I moved my 3 ducklings this spring into the chicken coop with my chickens and muscovy ducks when they were 6 weeks old. The main thing I keep away from ducklings is drakes.
