They also have gorgeous products! We also looked at their coops but for the size we needed the price was a bit too steep.

Great idea!

Don't forget to check Craigslist. People sell used sheds all the time. You would have to arrange for delivery but any shed manufacturer can be hired to move one.
I ended up with an older 8x8 shed I found on CL. I had to make the base for it but it only cost me a dozen eggs to have it moved! The kid next door got it for me.

A good sized shed is probably going to be the most cost efficient option since you'd need a structure possibly around 120 sq ft or so, and then you can just add windows, roosts, nests yourself or have a handyman do it.
