Amazing! can you show another pic of the inside to include the entrance? Or wherever they actually set onto the roost. All I could see was the wide mesh and I wondered, do they walk on that? It would be tricky no? In other words how do they go from entrance to roost.

Instead of carrying the tub to your compost pile would it be easier to angel the tub downward some and have a wheelbarrow underneath the tub to collect the droppings. You could make a push rod for any that remains or run sum water down into a bucket.
I was just going to ask the same thing!
