chicken coughing

I have a black sex link hen, I bought her at a swap meet
about 6 weeks ago with other hens, as soon as we got them home we noticed one waswell it was like a cough and a wheeze. She is a nice big hen and on one else has done it seems almost like asthma. She eats and drinks fine but she really gets going if its dusty any ideas? thanks:

i have seen ones get that who've been locked in small places and the ammonia from their pee builds up. it's good that she's big so probably healthy. is she in small quarters now? or maybe she was before?

Thanks for your info. she is in a nice barn about 15x25 and
she has free range outside and nice bedding inside
