chicken down and not moving

I have a young chicken who I thought was getting ready to lay eggs but then after checking on her later that day I see she
just is not moving. Looks like a bit of loose stool. wont eat or
drink at this point. I checked for lice and see nothing. I have
ivermectin ... if it is worms what or how do I dose her?

need more info..

what all do you feed?

what is the color of the droppings?
does she appear to be ill?
any wheezing, sneezing mucus from beak or eyes?

is she just sitting in the nest?
does she act upset when you go near her?
go and pick her up and see if she can walk ok..
check the crop to make sure it's emptying properly.

hopefully she isn't sick..just broody.
if so, get her off the nest several times a day so she will eat, drink, "go", and exercise her legs.
