To comment on poo I need to see it in better light and without any debris or grass. And a picture and/or video of the hen is just as important. Why can't you take more pictures?

I scraped it onto a paper towel. Hope this helps

About chicken drool. We're in a heatwave here. My girls are drinking a lot of water.
So I'm in the pen around 10 a.m. and one of my girls was drinking water and then comes over to me and starts pecking around my feet and regurgitated some water. Immediately the other girls run over to help her lap it up. :sick. GROSS. GC

Excessive water drinking can often over flow the crop and come back out.
It's not a problem unless they aspirate some of it, but that's rare.
When it's hot they drink a lot more than usual and it goes right thru them,
so loose poops are not uncommon. Occasional foamy poops is ok, but if it's constant it could definitely indicate an illness.

When I have a bird that I'm concerned about I isolate them in a special crate set up to be able to observe their poops easily as well as checking crop function and how much they are eating/drinking, it can be a big help.

Ewww! Was she okay? (the hen i mean)
Oh yeah, she's OK. She's not the first I've seen water come out a hens mouth after drinking water. If they peck at the ground right after drinking a lot of water, it will come back out. But it was the first time I've seen the other hens help her lap it up. Kinda grossed me out.:sick GC
