I'm a new chicken owner. Got them in March. Noticed white on our chicken's ear. Any idea if this is bad?

That usually indicates the color of egg so the hen could lay a white egg. Or brown. But with EE their ear lobes are greenish blue

White earlobes are completely normal and natural.
A chicken with completely white earlobes will usually lay white eggs, but she does not have completely white ones, so she will probably just lay brown.

It's not a white earlobe, it's a red earlobe. It looks like there is possibly white fungus or something growing on it. I posted a picture.

IN some breeds this is quite normal :D The earlobe can have white and blue, and in some breeds can be dark. Here's a sebright bantam with the turquoise ear.
