Chicken ear infection

Help hes been like this for a week.
I've been smearing savlon antiseptic on his ears but it had no effect.He has always had liquidy poo green(for like 4 months) but this is new.

If you havnt already done so, look inside his ear canal and see if you see any infection. It's possibly a bacterial infection. Get him started on amoxicillin (Fish Mox) 250mg, one tablet twice a day for 7 days. It may help with the green diarrhea also.
