Chicken egg hasn't zipped yet ☹️

It's been like this since mother's day , it just sits there and hasn't done anything it's still alive and it chirps at me but I don't know what to do . Please help !

Thank you the humidity is up to 54 , is that too low

54% might be a little on the low side. I think it's generally suggested to be somewhere between 60-65% at lockdown, which will spike when chicks hatch out.

If it were me at this point, I would be carefully extending the pip hole(at the air cell) being extremely careful not to hit any blood vessels to try to help the chick along. If at any time you see blood, stop, it's not ready yet. If you stay in the air cell, you shouldn't hit any blood vessels. I try not to do too much, just give them a little more of a zip so they are better able to hatch out on their own when they are ready. If the chick is not positioned correctly, it's harder for it to push against the shell to open it up. The link above gives excellent step-by-step directions!

Im so glad your getting answers. I'll be following. I'm (my word) "Nervously" excited. Ill keep watching your updates. If it were a newborn baby, we would have done a C/S by now. Lol.
