Chicken equilibrium problem

Hello,
My last girl here cannot walk unless she uses her wings to stabilize herself. I’ve given her magnesium & Gatorade. Anyone have ideas as to what this could be? She’s about 3 1/2 and hasn’t layed an egg for about a week, which is unusual. Her legs & beak look good and strong. Thank you

I gave her some vitamins earlier so not sure I want to give her more at this time. She’s not eating though. What are you thinking could be wrong please.

Have you wormed her recently? Any undigested food in her droppings? I'm thinking either she has worms or she could be starting to molt. Can you give her tuna or raw yolk if she's not eating? If she's not eating even the good stuff you'll need to force some pellets and maybe some grubs if you have them into her beak. It's important to keep them fed. They lose weight quickly.

Thank you.. I’ll try raw egg. She might be molting but no signs of loose feathers just yet? I haven’t seen her poop and it looks like she’s trying. Do you think I could give her some mineral oil ?

Can you give her a calcium citrate pill, and also give her an Epsom salt bath. I saw a post earlier this year where a hen was constipated, the Epsom salt helped her drop a huge poo and then she felt better.

She’s drinking and I gave her vitamins & Gatorade. No food yet. I’ll try the dewormer to see if that helps. She is laying down but she’s still trying to walk around. Thank you

Her legs are fine. I turned her over to check everything and to feel her underneath, belly etc... I tried getting food into her but that didn’t work.
