Her nose is cloged and her face is like a balloon. I don’t know what to do. Can someone help? The other side of her face is OK just the one side is not.

I have antibiotics and over-the-counter stuff as well as teramyacin. Also, I forget what the dosages for ibuprofen for chickens is

She has a sinus infection, does she have any lesions inside the beak too?

While it's prominent on one side, both sides show some infection.

The pus needs to come out of the eye, you may need to apply a warm compress to help loosen it up a bit. Push and press out the pus, flush with eye with saline and apply your Terramycin eye ointment in the eye. You may have to repeat pressing out the pus and flushing well over the course of a couple of days. Put the eye ointment in the eye at least once daily. (Video below of how to clean the eye out).

Clean out her nares (nostrils). You can use a wet cloth and wipe them clean or if you wish, put 1 (ONE) drop of Peroxide on the crusty material at the nostril, then slowly pick it out or work it out. Look inside the beak, is the choanal slit clogged up with mucous? (Photo below of what a clean choanal slit should look like).

You have antibiotics on hand - what do you have? Tylosin/Tylan is often used to treat respiratory infections, it's a good choice, but sometimes just getting the pus removed and nostrils unclogged the antibiotic may not be necessary.
