Chicken Eye swollen HELP

Noticed yesterday large bump over chickens eye. Not sure what it is, please help. She’s not lethargic and no discharge from nose or eyes. I’ve been applying a warm compress but I want a longer term solution!! Any help or info would be very much appreciated!

It would help to see the picture with her upright with all of her face and beak showing. I would wonder if this was possibly a tumor or cyst. If you are up for it, you could get some help holding her, and try to lance it after disinfecting the area. See what comes out, blood or pus. Is the bump hard or soft?
