Chicken falling over.....

I have 6 9 week old chickens and last night I found one of them under the ramp of their house. She could barely stand and falls over. There was water and food on site. They are fed chicken starter and fresh veggies/fruit (mainly watermelon and squash). I moved her into small kennel area away from flock. She ate and drank this morning. Eyes are clear. Any suggestions?

It was in the 90's. Its been like that recently. Had more rain than usual lately.

she could have gotten overheated. make sure there is enough clean fresh water for them, and plenty of shade
