Chicken Farts ?

I'm guessing the 213 people who have viewed this thread are now cooking up a pot of beans to see if they can give their chickens a roaring case of the farts. I have a feeling there's going to be a lot of sloppy poop boards in the next few days!

The good news = beans are a great source of protein. Maybe just not all at one time!

FWIW, I live in a high elevation and I cook beans a lot. I throw them in the bowl with a little baking soda in the fridge for 24 hours, then slow cooker. They come out great. Quick soak method never worked for me.
