Chicken fell in duck pool, wanna make sure hes OK

my BR Hen Jebediah seems to have fallen in the duck pool. hes all wet. he doesnt seem to be staying with the rest of the flock when i let them out to free range. its pretty warm here, will he just air dry?

He'll be fine as long as it is not cold out.

I've had chickens swim in a human pool before. Freaky the first time I saw it.

If chickens don't mind the rain, then I'm sure hes ok. He should air dry on his own. I have had many baby chicks accidently fall in the Big chicken's water bowls and when I find them they'll just be floating. (Thats why I always take the big waterers out now

) Every one that I found like that was just fine.

well a couple hours later i checked on him and he was all dry
