What are good items to have on hand for my laying hens should I find that they need some extra attention? After reading posts on here about common ailments, molting, injuries etc. I think it would be wise to create a first aid kit so that I already have what I need instead of making a rushed trip to town.

Thanks to anybody who has anything they can share!

My first aid kit typically consists of Neosporin with pain reliever (I need to get more), nail clippers (use for beaks and styling their nails if needed), cat nail clippers (for their nails), tweezers, and a syringe. Things that I use, but aren't in my chickens' first aid kit: bag balm, Corid, homemade Saline rinse, Peroxide, and Band-Aids.

For wound care: Chlorhexidine, plain triple antibiotic ointment, Vetericyn, large syringes for flushing, 4x4 gauze pads, 2x2 gauze pads, vet wrap, gloves.

For eyes: Saline solution, Terramycin, small syringes for flushing.

For supportive care: 14/16 and 18 French feeding tubes, large cath tip syringes, materials for a sling, a kitchen scale, old towels, puppy pads.

Illness (May expire - use your own judgement here): Baytril, Fish Mox, Vitamin B Complex, Nutri-Drench, Vitamin E capsules, Calcium Citrate tabs, Corrid or Baycox, Ivermectin and Praziquantel de-wormer, permethrin based spray for external parasites.

A small (or medium for LF) folding dog crate is also a must have for isolating sick or injured birds.

For electrolytes, I use Pedialyte, which is easy enough to grab in a pinch.

ETA: Totally forgot tools. A pair of blunt ended scissors and a pair of sharp scissors, tweezers, and I keep two pairs of hemostats. A curved pair and a straight pair.

My First Aid Kit is still a work in progress, but here's what I have in it so far:
Vetericyn, Blu-Kote, Vet Wrap, gauze, tweezers, blunt medical scissors, gloves, various sized syringes, Neosporin (**without pain relief**), aspirin, Nuti-Drench, Electrolytes, Corid, VetRx, 400 mg Calcium Citrate Tabs with Vitamin D3, Coconut Oil, Epsom Salt

Wish List: The Chicken Health Handbook

Stuff I bought that seems to be a repeat of other wound ointments & sprays: Bannixx for Chixx (anti-bacterial/fungal for pecking sores/foot injuries, Hen Healer (similar to Blue-Kote, but more of a balm to keep wounds moist (Neosporin would do the same)

Many great suggestions - I want to reiterate how nice it is to have a sharp pair of surgical scissors, for when those bandages are ready to come off! Or when you need to make strips out of vet wrap. Keeping a pair with the chicken's first aid kit means they stay sharp, and are sterile, and ready to go!
Additions:
Povidone Iodine (Betadine)
Colorless Iodine (really strong alcohol, used for "shrinking" certain bumblefoot sores)
Applesauce cups (no sugar added, stimulates appetite, sometimes to disguise medicine)
Dewormer of choice
