Chicken foot advice

Hello I’m a grandma of 2 little humans and 12 little hens.. I seem to have found something I’m not sure how to get help with.. anyone have any ideas I would greatly appreciate your time :)

Have you noticed if she or another hen is picking at her feet ?
Any lice/mites on her body (look around the vent, under wings, etc.)

A photo of all her may be helpful as well.

I would clean the wounds well with Chlorhexidine (Hibiclens) or Povidone Iodine. Let dry, then apply a thin layer of triple antibiotic ointment. For the other toes and up the legs, I would apply some vaseline, castor oil or NuStock Cream working the oil/ointments up and under the scales of the legs and feet. Hard to tell if she's got Scaly Leg Mites or if it's just dry raised scales of a feather footed chicken.
