Chicken Foot Pad Cut HELP

Hi, I picked up my BR today and noticed she has a cut on her right foot pad. There is a skin flap there, but it doesn't appear to be bleeding. I sprayed it with Betadine. It appears to be very painful to her, she keeps squawking when I touch it. May be infected because she always has poopy feet. She is inside the house with me rn. What should I do? This is a common site for bumblefoot infections. I would put a dressing on it with plain Neosporin or Triple Antibiotic Ointment. At the bottom of this article is a video of applying a bandage or dressing for that area of the foot:
