Chicken Fountain problems - anyone in contact with them?

I have a large Chicken Fountain for my coop and it’s been nothing short of awesome for the past 3+ years. LOVE it! Unfortunately, the valve quit working for me just days after they quit selling Chicken Fountains. Their website (www.thechickenfountain.com) stopped selling them. Their site says they still offer support and have even posted a replacement valve that will retrofit their fountains but there’s no option to buy it! I have called and left messages and sent emails asking for help to get my fountain going again but it’s been absolute radio silence for at least 2 months now! I’ve even used the contact form on their website but to no avail.

Does anyone have any contact with them or know what’s going on?

Does anyone have any tips or tricks to getting the valve going again? The valve quit one time about a year after I got it and they had me pour some sort of homemade solution into the fountain that cleaned out the valve and got it going again; but I can’t find the email and don’t remember what they had me mix up. I tried pouring some vinegar in there but it didn’t help the valve. The fountain will fill but the valve doesn’t shut off the water and the fountain fills up and overflows.

UGH! I REALLY need some help to get this thing going!

I went to website and seen the valve. It looks like a certain Toilet Tank Ballcock that I used to see at the hardware store. It operated without a float, but worked on water level generated pressure. Take out and check with Hardware store/plumbing supply, and see if they can make a match.
There are ways to retrofit your fountain with a small Tank Fill Valve. I can do it,,,,, but it does get slightly tricky and involved.

Thanks for the reply and the advice! I’ll do that. Actually, my boss is super good at plumbing and I will ask him to help also. Just figured that since they say they’re still supporting the product and selling different products, they’d at LEAST reply to emails and calls.
