Chicken gaping when breathing after fox attack

Hi my hen was attacked by a fox two weeks ago. She is gaping every time she breathes. She has an injured leg and can't stand unaided so lying on side. She can move both legs and move head but can't hold head up at correct height. I've being feeding her and giving her water, chicken multivitamins etc and trying to make her as comfortable as possible. Is it possible her lungs or throat are damaged in some way? TIA

There could possibly be a neck injury that effected her trachea and/or possibly an air sac. All you can do is continue supportive care and hope for improvement.
It might be in your best interest to cull her if there isnt any improvement within 2 weeks time.
