Chicken got beat up by another chicken help!!

When damage is done to the vent, it can leak contupinually and that leakage of urates can burn the skin. So that is why it is important to keep it clean, sprayed or dabbed, and apply the ointment or oil. Let us know if she is passing droppings. How is she eating and drinking?

Her health is definitely starting to decline she just keeps trying to poop

That is unfortunate. Is her vent moistened with oil or ointment? Can you put on a disposable glove and lubricate a finger, and gently try to insert it into her vent opening? Or try to see a vet. If she is suffering perhaps consider putting her down. I am sorry that she is not doing well.

And when I do insert it what do I do next?

I wonder if she initially prolapsed trying to expel and egg or lash material, this led to picking and damage by other hens.

If she's not able to poop and is pushing a lot, then she may have an egg or lash material blocking the vent.

You can try giving 300mg Calcium Citrate+D3 now, then once daily for a few days to see if that helps her push out material, but it sounds like she's declining and may not make it.

I don’t think she’s gonna make it last night I was soaking her and she did start drinking water but this morning she’s standing in the corner not showing very much movement she has never laid an egg so I didn’t think that was a possibility

It won’t hurt to give her a calcium tablet or Tums orally to help if she is trying to pass something. Split the Tums in two if needed. I’m sorry that she is getting worse.
She has passed away at 10 this Morning but I just wanna thank you and everyone else for the help y’all have been so helpful and kind
