chicken growing in knee feathers??

so one of our chicks is really beefy, (in case it might be breed related but i dunno) but he is growing in 'knee' feathers, I got a blurry pic but if you look close you can see, i have had chicks MANY times before, hes gonna be 2 weeks on valentines, and i have never seen a chicken with feathers like this, not only are they growing in at a young age they are like, well heres the pic


the feathers sproting out are the bending part of his leg

I wish I could help, but I am not experienced in identifying, just acknowledging the cute factor, and he's a winner!
He kinda looks like a little boy trying on his Daddy's boots!

ya hes so cute (i think its a he hes pretty beefy, that or a hen who needs a diet...

) just weird cause Ive never seen knee feathers like this!

I'm guessing a Light Brahma chick. Looks just like mine did 6 weeks ago. She is the one on my avatar (She was 7 weeks old then). They grow so fast

Looks Cochin to me. I've got 15 or 20 Giant Cochin chicks about 2 to 3 weeks old in a brooder in the barn that look just like that but some are different colors.
