Chicken had a hard time laying a egg and now she is sluggish.

Forget that I even asked that.
It makes sense that she is like this now that you mentioned she is a brand new layer.
This is normal with new layers.

Unfortunately, I think this could be caused by a disease. I've looked in Gail Demerow's book The Chicken Health Handbook and there are three problems where white diarrhea or droppings are symptoms. They are acute cholera, lymphoid leukosis, and oviduct flukes (a parasite.) All are serious. I'm definitely not positive by any stretch that any of these are the problem but if things get worse they are worth considering. I really hope that doesn't happen, though, and she makes a swift recovery.

Is she a salmon faverolles? I have a couple of those and they are sweet. She really looks weak and worn out. Sometimes when they have a soft or shell-less egg, they may have trouble laying it, and become weak. Softies can be common in new layers. The white runny dropping is likely white urates, which can be from several things, possibly dehydration. I would glove up and feel inside her vent with one finger about an inch or two, for a stuck egg. Make sure she is drinking fluids, and offer plain water as well in case she doesn't like the flavored water. You can also give the NutriDrench in a dose of 2 ml daily into her beak instead of in her water. That can be less expensive, and more accurate. Offer some chopped egg, tuna, or liver in addition to her feed.

If she's a brand new layer, then yes, I wouldn't be too worried. But I didn't see that written anywhere by SamanthaLiz, unless I missed it.
Even with her poo being liquidy? She just passed more and it comes out clear and dries mucusy white yellow. Was keeping her separate so she could get her nutridrench. Should I put her back with the rest of them now that she has drank a decent amount, should I put her back in?
