Chicken harnesses?

I don't think it's a good idea to put a chicken in a harness, or on a leash for that matter. Since they don't have arms, it isn't going to keep them secure in the way that you hope it will. In all likelyhood they will injure themselves trying to get out of it. I had two chickens beat their wings so hard one time that they dislocated their elbow joint and it poked out through the skin. It really made me feel like a horrible person. Luckily, they were in the middle of being harvested, so they only suffered for a few seconds. But still, it's not fun to have injured critters.
