Chicken has a swollen face and brownish gunk in mouth

My chicken is sick! I went out this morning and I noticed that the left side of her face was very swollen. I put her in isolation , but had to get to work and I didn't ace time to really check her out. I just got home and it's way worse than I thought. The left half of her face is swollen, her right eye is a little runny, and she has a brownish gunk in her mouth. I don't k ow what to do, please help me help her.

I got her cleaned up, gave her .5 cc of tylan, and she seems to be doing better. I put a compress on her eye...well, as much as I could but she hated it and was fighting me the whole time. If anyone has any ideas or has seen this before I would appreciate any help I can get. Ive never had a chicken get this sick and I'm at a loss as to what else I can do for her.
